Based on the 860-5 system, the 860-5V provides a vertical layout. Extremely small footprint, suitable for most two-component glues and low volume production applications, using compressed air feed or pump feed. The maximum single stroke glue injection is 290cc. The system can be matched from the foot switch control to the fully automatic control function used with the scale. Unlike other entry-level equipment 860-5V systems, one-piece reversing valve structures are still used to ensure the synchronization of material flow switching. The mixing section only occurs in the static mixer and does not require solvent cleaning. The 860-5V, which currently relies on manual compounding, provides a cost-effective, reliable, and well-controlled device solution.
