Solar panels and associated items are subjected to extreme weather conditions. Critical junction

boxes and delicate photovoltaic circuitry require insulation and long-lasting protection from moisture, heat and other environmental factors. Reliable meter/mix systems capable of delivering continuous flow are an absolute necessity to meet typical production levels.

SOLUTION

Exact’s largest system, the Model 9450 Double Acting, easily meets continuous production requirements. Equipped with  a Linear  Encoder  and  Digital  Preset  high  speed  counter, it will ensure precise, repeatable shots. High output Fluid Heaters are sometimes used with epoxies and urethanes to accelerate the material cure as it is dispensed into the part.

To further ensure unin- terrupted production, 85 gallon supply drums or totes can be used.
